Hi every one could you help and advice me on Autel AL539. It is linking error. On menu Start test it ok..

     On other menu it not working. OBDii, Ready Test, DTC Lookup, review data not ok. Im already update the the software firstthing I receiove the item.

     Hello, sir. I do test again after updated and it still linking error display. The connection cable to connector OBD is ok. What should I do.
